Entertainment in Riccione

Aquafan

Aquafan is Riccione's water park, on the hill in Viale Ascoli Piceno, opposite the A14 toll station. Opened in 1987, it covers over 90,000 square metres of slides, pools and children's areas. It opens only in summer: from 1 June to 13 September in 2026.

Slides and Piscina Onde

Kamikaze, Twist, River Run and Tobogas are among the park's slides; StrizzaCOOL allows group descents, while Black Hole follows an enclosed route.

Piscina Onde is the park's large pool: 2,800 square metres, with water over 3 metres deep at its deepest point. Waves operate in sessions, announced every hour by a bell, and the pool also hosts the main events and much of the entertainment.

Children's areas

Piscina dell'Elefante, Arca Beach and Antarctic Baby Beach are the three areas for younger children, with small slides and different settings. The guide to Riccione with children compares other parks.

In 2026, the park also opened on selected summer evenings; the history of pool parties and the evening programme appear in the guide to Aquafan foam parties. Opening days and times are on the official website in the Aquafan calendar. Bus 58 runs from Riccione station to the park.
