Il Trebbo in musica at Arena dei Pini
Il Trebbo in musica is the Ravenna Festival series organised with Comune di Cervia. It combines music, readings and storytelling at Arena dello Stadio dei Pini, Viale Ravenna 61, with ticketed evening shows.
The last two editions had the same dates: seven evenings from 14 June to 9 July, in both 2025 and 2026.
Jazz and art between the Rotonda and canal harbour
Milano Marittima Festi Jazz brings free live music to the centre over two weekends between July and August. Rotonda Primo Maggio is the main location; different editions have also used Viale Matteotti and Viale Gramsci. In 2026, its sixth edition, the four evenings were 17 and 18 July, 31 July and 1 August.
Mare d'Arte Festival offers public-art events at venues between the Rotonda, Viale Gramsci and the canal harbour: in 2026, it ran from 3 to 12 July, with free admission.
Cervia Città Giardino and events in nearby Cervia
Cervia Città Giardino is an outdoor floral exhibition involving Cervia, Milano Marittima, Pinarella and Tagliata: displays are spread through the flowerbeds and can be seen on a walk. The 2026 edition opened on 27 May.
Several Comune events take place in Cervia. The San Lorenzo fireworks and Ferragosto dawn concert in the 2025 and 2026 editions took place on Cervia's free beach, and the 2026 Notte Rosa concerts were in Piazza Garibaldi. Ironman Emilia-Romagna, the long-distance triathlon on the third weekend in September, is also based in Cervia, with the sea start from the free beach on Lungomare Deledda; the final marathon also passes through Milano Marittima's streets. Dates and venues are covered in the guide to Cervia events.
Christmas and the 1 January celebration
At Christmas, Rotonda Primo Maggio and Viale Gramsci host festive lights and musical events. In the 2024-25 and 2025-26 editions, the programme ran from 30 November to 6 January, with weekend shows on a stage in Viale Gramsci and a celebration at the Rotonda on the afternoon of 1 January.
Activities to combine with family days out appear in the guide to Milano Marittima with children.
Consulting the calendar
The Comune di Cervia tourism portal allows events to be searched by month and resort. The Milano Marittima category helps distinguish central events from those in Cervia, Pinarella and Tagliata.
Other evening activities appear in the guide to entertainment in Milano Marittima and in nightclubs and venues in Milano Marittima; the guide to Riviera events compares seasons across resorts.
