Shopping in Misano Adriatico

Tuesday is market day in Misano Adriatico throughout the year. The location changes between summer and winter; shops and small markets are spread across Misano Mare, Misano Brasile and Portoverde.

The two Tuesday locations

From May to September, stalls are in Via Verdi and the relevant stretches of Via Rossini, Via Matteotti and Via Maroncelli. From the first Tuesday in October to the last in April, the market returns to Via Romagna, Via Dante, Piazza della Repubblica and the car park on the seaward side of Via Romagna.

Municipal regulations suspend the market only when Tuesday falls on Christmas Day or New Year's Day; it takes place as usual on other public holidays.

Shops between the centre, Brasile and Portoverde

Via della Repubblica is the centre's main shopping street, alongside Via Liguria, Via Romagna, Via Marconi and Via dei Platani. In Misano Brasile, shopping walks mainly follow Via Sicilia, Via Alberello and Via Sardegna.

In Portoverde, the route follows the marina and porticoes, with businesses in Via Magellano and around Piazzale Colombo. The neighbourhood's location near the Cattolica border makes it distinct from central Misano Mare.

Evening markets

In summer, crafts, second-hand objects and vintage goods occupy a different street each evening. The 2026 markets were arranged as follows.

The Saturday market could move to Via Emilia when the square hosted other events. The Comune and Visit Misano tourism portal publish each summer's venues and periods.

Fairs and holiday displays

Easter, Festa della Segavecchia and spring programmes bring stalls and activities to the centre. Events devoted to vintage goods, plants and crafts are added in May; at Christmas, displays focus on the Piazza della Repubblica area. Event periods are listed under Misano Adriatico events.
