Entertainment in Misano Adriatico

In Misano Adriatico, the circuit and seafront offer two different forms of entertainment. Santamonica has competitions and activities at the circuit; by the sea, walks link the centre, Misano Brasile and Portoverde. In summer, the Comune organises free evenings every week in Piazza della Repubblica and Parco del Sole.

The circuit: races and activities

Misano World Circuit is in Santamonica, inland from the beach. The major event is Gran Premio di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini, the MotoGP championship round held in September; during the year, the circuit hosts other races, gatherings and exhibitions.

Misano Circuit Tour is the guided visit through pits, paddock and podium, offered on selected summer dates. Race dates and town festivities are collected in Misano Adriatico events.

Free evenings in the square and Parco del Sole

From mid-June to late August, the Comune's evening calendar has an event almost every day, around 9.30pm and with free admission. On Mondays, Scintille brings circus, puppetry and clowning to Piazza della Repubblica; on Fridays, the same square hosts Friday Night concerts. At Parco del Sole in Misano Brasile, dancing takes place on Wednesdays with Misano Balla and its live orchestra, and Sundays with A tutto ballo. The evening pattern was the same in summer 2024 and 2026.

In summer, the same evenings also feature markets between Portoverde, Misano Brasile and the centre: days and places are on the shopping in Misano Adriatico page. In spring, the most cherished festival is Segavecchia, with the Vecchia bonfire in Piazza della Repubblica and fireworks in Piazzale Roma; it took place on 5 and 6 April in 2025 and 18 and 19 April in 2026.

A walk to Portoverde

The seaside route links the central area to Portoverde marina. EcoVia del Mare follows the coastal route, in a different setting from an outing to Santamonica. Excursions from Misano offers other itineraries.

Piazzale Colombo is one of Portoverde's event venues. The marina remains a walking destination even without a show: boats, rest spaces and the seaside route define this part of the resort.

A day with children or in nearby towns

For an indoor visit, Acquario di Cattolica is on the seafront at the Misano boundary, with routes devoted to marine animals, freshwater animals and reptiles.

In Riccione, Aquafan is the outdoor water park, open only in summer, while Oltremare is a nature park with dolphins and birds of prey, also open on selected days outside the season.
